Hotel Madhuram Royale

I had a very Good Experience. Excellent support staff & Nice Rooms. Hotel Manager Mr. Anil Inkeshwar & his team were very Humble & Polite. Nice food in their Restaurant. I loved the stay & would definitely recommend it for stay.

I have booked a room from mmt I checked in from the front office I requested a city-view room but they gave me a room there was no view empty plot after that I told to front office to give me only city views again he gave me room no 106 there is no view again. When I go the room the metres were damaged I requested to change however they didn't change just turned out bad ( if there is a 2 pax can't able to sleep ) After I ordered room service for masala tea and requested extra cookies they told me we are not given any cooking( however they provide ) After I went on a city tour at 4 pm I got a call from my office to report as soon as possible after I got a no from Google informed the front office to check out my room because I was leaving the city the salesperson picked up the call he said call front officer this is not my job I told him I'm very hurry up just a convince with Front offCo he said, just take the number and tell after I said, please text me the number. He said to note it down after I called the Front office, and then I checked out the salesperson. behaviour is pathetic and very rude. Overall, the experience was pathetic, never recommend it. Request to management Need to focus on SOP! My check-in date is 24 April at 10 am Check out the same day at 4 pm

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel it has faked reviews in it. We recently checked in this hotel through google photos and reviews but the photos posted are old and rooms are not at all maintained. Bathroom door used to get locked and will not open. Staff here is not co- operative. We waited half hour for our luggage to get picked up but no one came even there were 2 staff people standing out in the corridor talking. Worst hotel ever. This hotel does bot even give amenities lotion bottles were empty they did not even change it. Shampoo and shower gel is in one soap dispenser. Never stay here. PLEASE NEVER STAY HERE.

The rooms were clean and nice The washroom was clean too Their service was very good too but today at breakfast, they didn't serve water for a long time. The location however is kind of far from the main city and airport especially. The food was awesome Fantastic taste I think this hotel is very good Rooms - 5 stars Service - 4 stars Location - 3 stars Food - 6 stars Overall - 4 STARS

Very nice property. The staff was very helpful as well. The room was clean, big and had all the amenities. The food was great as well. We got room service which was very quick. Overall great place to stay.
