Hotel Badri Palace Jodhpur

We have stayed 02 nights in last week. We are total 30 members. Hotel arranged room, breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything is very well planned. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Food quality is awesome. Thanks to all management of Badri Palace

We booked three rooms for three days. Hotel is neat and clean. The food quality and taste is good. The reception staff is nice. Restaurant staff Mr Pawan is arrogant and his behaviour towards guests is very rude. Such a rude staff is a liability for any organisation. Dinner service at the roof top is required to be strengthened.

We booked this hotel for college group educational trip. And we really love the ambience of the hotel and even rooms were very clean and services has to be appreciated. Food quality was also good Ganpat and other hotel staff were very competitive.

Room was very neat and clean, service has to be appreciated as always ready to attend even a small questions. Food quality was also nice. I was supposed to leave by 7am in the morning to catch the train so I requested to prepare one of the breakfast early and pack, but they have prepared all the breakfasts early and given me cleanly packed bag containing parata, curd, pickle, bread jam, poha, which really helped me to travel without any hassel as I had 4year kid with me. Thank you.

On Road, excellent food, superb room. Good for party and get together. Excellent service. GM Sumit is very helpful.And Co operative. Value for money.

We booked property for 2 days for marriage. Rooms not well maintained, paint and furniture totally worn out, smelly and damp rooms. Bathroom taps not working. No hot water even in extreme winters. No toilateries in rooms. 0 in hospitality. Staff never attempt to resolve your issues. They even don't listen to you. My uncle got stuck in washroom for 1.30 hours due to non availability of hot water and staff kept saying just 5 min and utimately he bathed with cold water in winter. For marriages, staff never supports the vendor and try to create unnecessary troubles such as not switching on the AC in the hall during banquet functions, will switch of the kitchen lights, lock the kitchen witb all the material of caterer and demand more money stating unnecessary excuses. Will not support the wedding planner for decoration also. Highly irresponsible manager and staff. Owner does not accept the mistakes of his staff and will keep on telling stories and demand more money. Poorly maintained property and thats the reason this property is vaccant even in peak marriage season. Be cautious while booking this property.

Very very bad service... Hotel staff is not responsive at all. Hotel staff is always late. Receptionist is not picking up the phone. During our function, all rooms had problems. Not even one room was 100% proper. Hotel management is also very rude. Very bad experience.

Food very nice... Dinning service is horrible. Discourteous staff namely Mr.Pawan is arrogant,having who bothers attitude...he must be ladla of management.He will be quite helpful in adverse publicity of the hotel.... He is liability of the hotel.
