HOTEL APEX INTERNATIONAL

I would like to give my honest opinion and experience about this hotel, staff and services. The hostel location of good and it's in city centre. They are very professionals and even after paying 4K for couple they charges 1K extra that too for the kid below 5 years without any extra bed mattress and breakfast. I had very bad experience for checking even after request they just refused to accept and initially told me to pay more 1.5k which is 40% of the already paid cost for one kid. This was the only hotel in my entire Rajasthan trip of 14 days who charged me extra for kid below 5. Rooms: very dark and the ambience is very dull with old style with full of cockroaches. Bathroom: dirty and stinking. Service: Pathetic Restaurant: They don't have restaurant where you can eat. Parking: On city Centers busy road and on owners responsibility. The front desk staff is very rude and I regret for choosing this hotel Thanks

This hotel deserve below zero rating due to their poor condition and services. Blanket was dirty and have bad smell. There were multiple holes on bedsheets. If you have booked a super deluxe room then they will provide you two single beds attached with 1 inch gap. Service was pathetic, we had to called them 3-4 times for drinking water.

The experience is very bad. Found cockroaches in the room. The hotel top manager very rude. he didn't want to speak to customers even on phone. no satisfactory replies. The staff at reception desk is good. but they don't have any authority. I suggest never try this hotel. Very bad / Very bad. No verity in food served as breakfast. Food is also very expensive if ordered in room service.

Pathetic experience they don't give warm water after 11 am. Also if you are checking inn late and want to take a bath then bad luck. Only thing good about the hotel is its gypsey restaurant where you get amazing thali.

The front desk staff at the hotel reception were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They clearly have no understanding of how to treat customers. When I requested to see the room before making payment, instead of accommodating my request, they simply asked me to leave and refused to process the booking. They even tore up the booking receipt. This kind of arrogant behavior from the staff is completely unacceptable. Doesn't deserve a single star rating.

Hotel apex international is very excellent and Very good sevices here. Room is neat and clean. Room service is also very good. Staff behaviour is very good. I want to recommed this hotel if you want to stay in jodhpur. thank you.

All rooms are different in size compare to each other..no hot water was available in specific room where I was staying. Cockroaches were there all around in rooms and bathroom..location is prime and is in the middle of prime sardarpura market

Washroom was untidy and you will keep getting the bad smell. Rooms was ok but you feel suffocated as there is no source of natural lighting. Service was ok calling after 3-4 times they will provide you assistance. Only go if you don't find any better hotel to stay.
