Hotel Rahat

Worst experience. We stayed for 3 days by looking at overall review on google. Seems like reviews are created by hotel only. Service was the worst, The owner and staff were rude and unhelpful. No food and beverage were available at hotel . We have to go out every time for small things. They have given the cracked plates and later asked us to pay for it. Even showing them it's an old crack, the owner and staff started shouting at us and cracked the whole plate. Simple amenities like tower, soap, water, room clean service was not given on time and quantity. Every time we have to pay cash for water.

5 out of 5....clean and neat room. Service is awesome. No delay in serving. Good staff behaviour. Price is very low compare to others. Overall Excellent

The hotel experience was disappointing. The staff was unresponsive, even after repeated calls. The manager's behavior was intolerable, and he falsely accused us of something we didn't do. Shockingly, he broke a plate in front of us and blamed us for it.

I visited jhalawar for official purpose and it was a sudden visit . I visited few hotel but they were not good enough but then I got the hotel RAHAT . It was very amazing and comfortable ride and stay.staffs are amazing especially Mr Nafees Ansari is a very good and cooperative person. 10/0 from my side.

They are very poor in service not provide any extra product. Not proper room cleaning and we have to told too many times for water

The condition of the room is good and the service is very good. I give this hotel a 5 star rating.
