Our recent stay at Hotel Heritage Inn, Jaisalmer, was one of the best travel experiences ever! From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff ensured that we had a seamless and enjoyable stay. We were greeted late at night by Sanjay Panday and Ankit, who were extremely courteous. General Manager Mr. Bains personally welcomed us, making us feel valued guests. The service throughout the stay was exceptional, thanks to Captain Amar Singh and Brinder Singh. One of the major highlights was the food! Chef Om prepared the most delicious meals, offering a mix of different cuisines that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, shopping in Jaisalmer was made better with Shopper Paradise by Jaspreet Singh. His collection was fantastic, with affordable pricing and great quality. I highly recommend Heritage Inn for anyone visiting Jaisalmer. It's an experience you don't want to miss!

I had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Heritage Inn, Jaisalmer on the 19th, 20th, and 21st. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth by General Manager Mr. Bains. The receptionists, Sanjay Panday and Ankit, ensured a smooth check-in despite our late arrival and even saw us off early in the morning with the same enthusiasm. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional hospitality. Captain Amar Singh and Brinder Singh provided top-notch service, making us feel like royalty. And the food--Chef Om truly outdid himself! Every meal was a delightful surprise with a variety of cuisines that left us craving more. For shopping, Shopper Paradise by Jaspreet Singh is a must-visit! His collection is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Jaisalmer, Heritage Inn is the perfect choice!

The service is good. Food is nice. We got diffrant verieties in manu paer day. It was warm and fresh. Location is very nice and ambiance is good. Staff is very cooperative and helping and presentable always. Shower areas needs redesign. And maintenance. Electrical switches are at odd places needs good and comfotable placings.

Great experience at this resort. Mr. Jaspreet from the staff was very humble and cooperative. He helped me retrieve my forgotten costly jacket from my room and took great efforts to send it to me via courier-a rare thing in today's time. The ambience, the food,the staff were superb. Definitely a good,memorable stay.

Great service, really nice food with a large variety of choice to suit all diets. Rooms are clean with good air conditioning and quiet at night. Would recommend this hotel for your next stay

I recently stayed at Hotel Heritage Inn, and while the location is a definite plus - just 2 km from the city center - my overall experience left much to be desired. The room was quite average and could benefit from some improvements in terms of decor and amenities. While the food was decent in taste, the service was notably slow, which detracted from the dining experience. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there's significant room for improvement to make it more enjoyable for guests.
