*Disappointing Experience at Sawai Man Mahal, Jaipur* Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Sawai Man Mahal in Jaipur, a hotel that boasts of being a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior and service were far from what one would expect from a luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed completely disinterested in greeting us or helping us with our luggage. Person who assisted us was Devender and Ashutosh. The check-in process was slow and cumbersome, and the staff seemed put off by our presence. Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous instances of rude and unhelpful behavior from the staff. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to our needs or addressing our concerns (Rajveer in Breakfast Area) The lack of enthusiasm and warmth from the staff made our stay feel unwelcome and unenjoyable. For a hotel that claims to be a 5-star property, the service was shockingly subpar. Unless the management takes serious steps to address these issues and train their staff to provide better service, I would not recommend Sawai Man Mahal to anyone. *Room Tip:* Avoid this hotel until they improve their staff's behavior and service. *Traveler Type:* Couple

Nita's attention to detail and professionalism were evident from the moment I arrived. She was not only attentive to my needs but also went out of her way to ensure every aspect of my stay was seamless. Her warmth, efficiency, and personal touch made my time at the hotel even more enjoyable. She handled all requests promptly and with a genuine smile, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Sawai Man Mahal is fortunate to have such a dedicated and service-oriented individual like Nita on their team. I look forward to returning and hope to experience the same level of hospitality again in the future.

What makes a hotel experience five star--or even six? The Sawai Man Mahal is an oasis of calm in the cacophony of Jaipur. But this is true of other places here and similar around the world. Yes, the rooms are luxurious. Yes, the grounds are exquisite. Yes, you can wander over to the Rambagh Polo Bar and sip a signature cocktail under the approving gaze of a maharaja's portrait. But it's the people who elevated the experience for me and my family. Service. Service is key. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive and genuine. Our daughters were treated not like luggage we'd forgotten to check, but like cherished guests in their own right. From flower mandala making to kite flying and chocolate cake for breakfast on our last morning presented by the chef, they were thoughtfully engaged at every turn. Because in the final accounting, when all is said and done, so many physical aspects of hotels blend into one another - what you remember is how you felt. At Sawai Man Mahal, we felt truly welcome, looked after and at home. As it should be. Would I stay again? Without hesitation. Would I recommend it? Only to people I like (or those who find this review).

A special mention to Mausumi, Rajveer, Ashutosh, and Naveen, whose dedication and attention to detail transformed our stay into an unforgettable experience. Their warmth, professionalism, and commitment to excellence ensured that every need was met with grace and efficiency, making us feel completely at home. Also Mausumi went out of her way to provide us with great food recommendations and tourist places to visit within Jaipur. She is commendable This place is not just a destination; it is an experience--one that we would love to revisit time and time again, ideally for an even longer stay. If you seek a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality, this property is an absolute must-visit.

This is a weird one for a Taj property. Typically Taj is known for its exemplary but the staff here is very confused all the time. Any request we make of them (like arranging a buggy or asking the waiter to move to another table), the staff will give a half audible response and then vanish leaving you wondering whether anything is happening or not.

The stay was highly satisfactory. The check-in and check-out processes were efficiently managed, ensuring a seamless experience. The establishment offers a luxurious ambiance, providing guests with an elevated level of comfort. The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essential amenities, catering to the guests' needs and ensuring a comfortable stay. The presence of peacocks on the premises added to the aesthetic appeal of the location.

I have seen the worst staff among various tak properties visited..extremely rude and unwelcoming.spoliing someone's special occasion is not what you except from a taj like property..will really not recomend it to anyone. We go for experince not to deal with arrogance .
