The hotel is beautifully crafted to perfection. Elegance and beauty reflects that each brick has been placed after careful planning. The rooms are spacious , two bathrooms in one bed room is great comfort, great breakfast buffet in the coffee shop, food and service is implacable. Every single bite of good prompts you for another bite. Courteous service with smile adds to the charm and makes you feel at home. Well done Sanjay - the GM of the Hotel as it is his leadership which made our event a memorable one so much so that we all started feeling that we are in heaven and not on earth

I attend my childhood best friend's wedding at their venue recently. The location of the hotel is quite nice. It is right next to Jal Mahal. In fact my room had a view of the Jal Mahal ! The arrangements were impeccable! Staff was most cordial and helpful throughout the event. We had friends flying in from all across the world and they were most well taken care of through out the event. Special shoutout to the food arrangement. It was absolutely delicious

Arrangement were very good.|Personal attention was given to all guests. We get healthy environment from hotel officials. Restaurant arrengement were really superb. |The menu selection was good and all thru our stay we felt at home. Actually it wa a home away from home.|GM sanjay batarka was superb !

We hosted our wedding there(3 days) and had booked the entire hotel. The staff was super helpful- they literally went above and beyond and the rooms are super spacious . Everything went smoothly. Thank you team!:)

We had a very wonderful experience in the Lilypool: The Heritage Jal Mahal. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the service was very quick. The food just taste awesome. The staff really made sure that we have a wonderful and memorable experience.

The rooms are clean and the food buffet spread has good options . The desserts were particularly good. The bathrooms are clean. They have a separate area outside their main hotel to host conferences/parties which is quite spacious. We stayed in a twin sharing room with a group travel here from Veena World.

The arrangement was awesome .Food and services was excellent. Sanjay The GM of the Hotel was at his best and the perfection was seen every where.|The Hotel is beautiful, looks luke heaven. |Location is excellent but the entrance to the hotel can be improved.
