Rooms need to be renovated and bedding with linen along with bathrooms need to be upgraded. Most of the things are old and needs renovation. It's near to station but, at busiest location as most of the travels are in and around this hotel. Irrespective of the room category amenities should be well maintained for the guests checking in. Perfectly located hotel... Convenience and ease of travel.. neat and clean rooms... a very friendly staff... not to miss their "complimentary"buffet breakfast, delicious and well catered with a variety of options ..what more do you ask for a stay!!

Very good location. Near to bus stand and Railway station. They have a game zone for kids as well as for young people. Service is fast. They have a unique system that if the hotel unable to provide service within 30 min then they will provide you free meal or 1 day free stay. You will get 5 Star Hotel in 3 star. Must visit this place. They are giving complementary buffet with room in just Rs 55 per person.

worst experience from both hotel and Goibibo ever firstly they mentioned only some rules on the app like primary guest should be 18 years above but during checkin both guest shoul be 18 years above also the staff is very rude and denied us from checkin also as an online booking they also haven't issued my refund I also request to the customer service of Goibibo they also haven't done anything better not stay or book this hotel

Stayed in hotel 2 days back. Great location with good rate. Gymnasium is on 4th floor with good equipment. Pool is on 6th floor & good experience. Rooms are better with good service and food. Food is costly but okay. Recommendation - Need to mention Room details in passage as approx 40 rooms on one floor and direction will be guided to customers. Breakfast is good. Jitendra Bhujbal

Location is great...rooms were clean and services were also good.... Only one con is there..... They don't take permission for cleaning services... I was outside the hotel and when i came back i experienced the room was clean.... I asked them they told me that they had the cleaning services by opening the room through master key. Overall food and rooms were good.

Too bad experience in first impression. There are too many issues we are facing there. There Is not a single point we can call it good. Points:- 1.there is very rude behaviour of all staff. 2.the staff treating each customer as per their appearance. 3.at check in they ask for OTP.the message having OTP and points to be noted mentioned at that point staff have to explain each point but they don't. 4.we have ordered food & the delivery boy arrived I had told them to plz keep it at reception I am busy but instantly they refused too accept. 5.in the room the switches are broken,bed mattress, bathroom curtain are too dirty & scattered.
