Main cons: - WiFi wasn't working (we stayed two nights. Issue wasn't fixed during that time). - our room didn't have hot water. Staff unable to fix. luckily we were 6 people and occupied 3 rooms in total, so used one of the other rooms to shower. - poor maintenance and upkeep of the shower. Water cannot drain properly so the entire (tiny) bathroom remains wet which is unpleasant. On the plus size: - quick walk to key attractions. - Beds were clean The rooms and corridors are very nicely decorated with some traditional paintings.

Only the location of the hotel was the best. Its at walking distance from Hawa Mahal, markets. The rooms are very small. The ACs doesn't work. There was no water one day during our stay. The hotel is short on staff. They take a lot of time yo respond and act on requests and queries. The food was bad. The rooms have no mirror.

Extremely bathroom size rooms. Don't go on the pictures. Beddings were all real bad. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Do hotel booking using OYO. Not at all worth the price. TV doesn't work. Wifi stops a lot. Water issues in washroom

Worst owner he will try to fetch every penny possible from you.dont know how booking.com have such high rating for this hotel. Even for putting your bags at reception for few hours he wants money. Breakfast was included but you get bread and tea only. Rooms are not with all the amenities, ACs don't have remote just because owner don't want you to set the temperature. Room check in is possible after 3 hours of mentioned check in time. They are total thieves don't go there.

Pros :- 1. It's near Jaipur Metro station and hawa mahal. 2. Rooms are clean and cozy. Cons :- 1. Rooms are extremely small. 2. Bathroom are much smaller then rooms. Very conjusted. 3. No daily housekeeping 4. They will charge more then MRP of products such as coldrinks. 5. Food is 1/5 and yet expensive. Never try momos and honey chilly potatoes

I wanted to give this hotel a big ZERO but no other option than giving 1 star. Worst hotel I have ever come across my life. I booked a room here through agoda app and in the app it has a very good rating of 7.6 and amoung top searches for hotles in jaipur. But it was completely opposite to that. The rooms showed on the app and the room in real are complete opposite. They are much smaller and unhygienic in real. Moreover, we booked ac room but they said ac is not working. I highly do not recommend the hotel.

Service worst Rooms worst Bathroom worst In my Life stay at this hotel in January 2025 was worst and like imprisonment in my life. Worst than jail. I will suggest booking.com to get ground realities and then only recommended.

Horrible, don't ever go even if there isn't any other hotel in town. The nastiest, filthiest, most rude staff I've encountered in my life. There's no way this is even a functioning hotel. The staff working there are 4 adults and the rest are adolescent people. Breakfast was ordered and arrived after 1 hr. We ordered bread butter and jam. Firstly, there was no jam on it, only bread and butter. When we told them they took it back, then it came back after 30 min. Secondly the bread tasted like omelet, meaning that it was toasted in the same pan as the omelet was made, or the knife that was used to cut onions was the same used to spread the butter on the bread. On top of that, the floor panels were broken and were popping out of the floor. Along with that, the bathroom light was broken, and there was no one coming to fix it despite asking multiple times. I forgot to mention that when we first checked in, we were told that they didn't have the room we had booked, despite calling the night before to confirm that everything is okay. Somehow we were able to get a room to fit 3 people, only one big bed, and if we wanted a mattress and extra pillow+ blanket that would cost extra because the room that was given to us was only supporting 2, people despite us booking for 3 people (somehow made us feel like it was our fault). The manager basically was telling us that he was doing us a favour by letting us stay in that room because the rent for that room costs more than what we had paid for but because I was a young lady along with my parents it would not be safe for us to go anywhere else (lol) so yeah we stayed there but I HIGHLY recommend you to NEVER stay here for your own safety and sanity.
