56ji Royal stay

First of all, when we went to the reception to talk, the person there had no manners at all--he spoke very rudely. We asked if a certain room was available, and he bluntly said no. When we said that it was showing available online, he told us to go and book it online then. Absolutely terrible--no sense of how to talk to customers.

The food is good, the taste is authentic. Service is slow but the wait is worth it.

Nice hotel. For family is also good. All mandatory items are available here. As this hotel has own shops and restaurant.

Nice comfortable room, but service needs a lot of attention. No new soap / towel given at the time of check in neither in my stay of 2 days. The TV never worked and problem not solved even after complaining.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming, however they don't serve food. Jain Gautam is very famous eatery in the area and is just outside the hotel but isn't allowed to serve food in the rooms. The eatery has separate seating for families so you can enjoy the spicy and tasty food comfortably.

Chai is very good test
