I have paid rs 50000 to them at Covid time to host wedding of my son who is out of India, Mr. Mehtap have taken assurity of refunding my amount when it got postponed but till now property is not taking any responsibility and owner is so greedy that he left without saying anything

Very good location and nice property

Property is quite spacious with good number of amenities however a bit more maintenance wouldn't have hurt anyone. The rooms are again spacious but the washroom isn't and is poorly maintained too. There are flies at the reception and even in my room, there were a couple of flies which wasn't a very good experience just after checking in to the room. Food overall is good and is one of the saving graces in this property. Another important bit is the helpful nature of the staff including the Director and the GM who ensured that whatever last minute demands we had were catered to. The property could have been maintained in a much better way and due to this, the experience is of a 2-star or a just below a 3-star one. OK for a 1 day trip however won't recommend it for a longer stay.

One of the works properties i have ever stayed at. They done care about the hygiene and the customer service. The pool water was worst that a drains water and no one cares about the filtration. The roomes are sad and dirty, with broken CP fitting in the washroom . Amenities like the minibar is to be fought for in the room. They will give you a dinner inclusive plan, however the food is not served in the room and the tast is nss

The property is average however the location and surroundings were really amazing... the swimming pool has got views of mountains and it forms the perfect backdrop for a perfect vacation. We really enjoyed as we went in July during rainy season when everything was green..so was an absolute bliss :)

This was a good place but poorly maintained. Employees' behaviour was pleasant, but most were untrained. Except for these two, I experienced nothing to appreciate from cleanliness to amenities. There were a lot of issues like:|1. A lot of plastic waste such as disposable - used food plates - spoon - forks, used water bottle, alcohol bottle covers, empty alcohol and beer bottles and other plastic waste scattered all over most of the lawns. |2. Previous day marriage party waste was not cleaned until the afternoon.|3. Swimming pool was not clean like they have not concerned about it.|4. Flies in the reception area.|5. Utensils in the dining were old and scratched plastics. |6. Bathroom and hut were stinky, towels were quite old, and blankets were washed it seemed. |7. TV was out of order. The freeze was there but no plug to power it. Only one power plug can be used either for freeze, TV, or kettle. Electric not available in the room, however, they provided on the request.|8. Despite a lot of activities. it was obvious that they were not taking care of routine sanitization for taking care of COVID19 spread.|9. Other activities equipment and indoor playroom were out of order. No activities are available for small kids.|10. Not adequate watering of places were shown in the pictures, rather most things were dried up and housing mosquitoes to spread the diseases such as malaria, dengue.|Sad is that most of these issues can be addressed with minute efforts and training of staff but not.

Average. Went for a weekend getaway but unfortunately, the place was dull, boring and disappointing. Disappointing because they have claimed lot of activities and fun things on their website/display ads/travel booking sites but they lack majority of them. They had huge lush green infrastructure but u have to figure out your own options for fun. No playing area for kids, no toys, no gaming zone, no swimming pool, no disc, no music, no entertainment. Carry your own stuff if u want some activities. What they claim is opposite to what physically exists there. Service is slow (needs follow-ups) Internet, tv not working Food is an aspect which has passed the test 100%. Good tasty food. The huts area is beautiful but too distant from the main building & reception. Overall not worth for money.

This resort turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Newly constructed and owner have paid attention to preserving the nature and making sure of the environment friendly place. Cottages are well constructed and spacious, food is great. One can enjoy both adventure and sporting activity.If you agree please like my review.
