Best hotel in chittorgarh at a reasonable price. Best service 24 hours.. Location is fort view and near railway station.
I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Kirti Plaza. After arriving early in the morning, I knocked on the door multiple times, but the receptionist didn't respond. I also tried calling the contact numbers listed on Google, and we actually saw the receptionist look at the phone, ignore our call, and end it right in front of us. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if the rooms weren't available, a simple acknowledgment or response would have been appreciated. Instead, we were completely ignored, making for a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable or courteous service.
