Hotel Joshi

My stay at Hotel Joshi was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean and modern, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bikaner.

I recently stayed at Hotel Joshi and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room was advertised as "super deluxe," but it definitely did not meet those standards.. While the AC was working fine when we went to sleep, I woke up sweating due to a voltage decrease that affected the AC's performance. Moreover, the behavior of the staff, particularly the counter person, was not professional or welcoming. Overall, I did not feel the service matched the expectations for the price or description provided.. I hope they improve both the room quality and customer service for future guests..
