OYO Hotel Jyoti

Good room size with simple but effective furnishing. Attached bathrooms were large and clean. Hot water for bathing was supplied promptly. Breakfast was serviced in the room which saved a lot of time in the morning. Staff was courteous.

This hotel is on the sri Ganga nagar road. Can be seen easily.This is a budget hotel with all the facilities such as parking space, lift, hot water supply. Size of rooms is quite good. Washrooms are neat and clean. For the lovers of cocktails there's a bar also. But the service is slow and not satisfactory. Can be a good option in city

Very bad experience of here service was not good rooms are ok but you know reality of Oyo hotels....no need to say anything i think and food was very unhygienic....pls don't plan to stay here with family request

The moment you enter the hotel, you're warmly welcomed by Oyo staff and the check-in timings was also not very long. They also give assistance in finding them en route and are prompt to response for raised queries. Now even i was more curious to know, what a budget hotel can offer in a city like bikaner. The moment i entered the room, i was jaw dropped shocked by mere appearance of room. It was exactly the same as it was shown and described on their website.

Worst experience ever. Very rude and bad manner staff ... They did not know that what is hospitality. They turned off AC from outside and supply normal water instead of mineral water. The toilet condition is very tremendous. They don't know about cleaning.. Very very hard experience.. My suggestion for u all plz don't go there.. Its totally wastage of your money.. And the main thing is that it was a mentally harassment ... TV he remote nahi... AC he light nhi.. Bathroom he Pani nahi... Bed he bistar nhi.. Etc etc

This is my worst experience of life poor service ..first denied for online booking bcos that charged 400 extra on compare of online .. I was trying to book from Oyo bus they refused we didn't accept Oyo booking ..I was in hurry so I booked offline but still provided Oyo gel in room . I want to ask if it hotel doesn't allow Oyo booking thn y r u using d items of oyo ... Room service was too poor .. whenever ringed for any item it will served after 30 mint n every time one or two were missing .. no alternator for AC . It was very hot night . electricity was not available .. too worthy ..

Really had very bad experience, I booked from oyo and they just denied that our policy are different than shown on oyo and denied for room and said that we can compro if you directly book through hotel with higher price than oyo, and food quality is very bad compared to cost Just making money.

Backwas hotel hai....they had written couple friendly with local I'd allowed but at the time of check in they neglect ...reason of neglect is we had made booking by applying codes so that our booking cost is low ..we booked it at RS 932 (2guest) ...but at the same time other one are paying them 1500 with local I'd and they are accepting it...such a ridiculous staff....nonsense ....don't prefer this hotel
