I would have given this property a less than zero rating. Worst experience ever. People at reception are illiterate local mannerless goons. They have listed their property on online booking sites, and after making the online booking, at the reception they refused to accept the bookings and asked for offline booking, As per their words " Hum online booking pe rooms ni dete ! Isme hume paise kum milte hain! They should be blocked from all online booking sites. They make people suffer.
