One The best stay I have ever had in bhilwara I stayed for 20 days The ambience is good,the staff are cooperative,the manager(mr.vijay) is very friendly person The food is amazing,rooms are very clean And location is just perfect it's directly opposite to bus stand and it also have its own parking In short I loved the stay

I had an early checkin. The hotel allowed that but the next day they proposed me bill of 2 days. The manager was absolutely incompetent of understanding and tore of their own term sheet infront of me. I was thrown out of the hotel saying we dont need you. I failed to understand how an early checkin is my fault? After this I got a call and the manager said, whats your address in delhi, as if he was sending goons at my home. I was traumatised. Worst experience of my life and this is going down the history. by this I would request the hotel owner to take strict action against such managers or change their mentality or simply dont allow early checkin if you cant afford.

Rooms are spacious and cleanliness is upto the mark. However , the manager of the hotel was unaware and not cleared of the rules and policies of the hotel. We were denied of the promises made to us via telephonic conversation and were informed at the time of reaching the hotel that policies difffer online and offline. Additionally several excuses were made and a clear cut answer was not provided. In fact this is sad to mention here that a managerial level person was found arrogant and extremely rude. Unfortunately, an unpleasant stay.

As a professional reviewer I went there many times not to eat or something like that but one night one of my biggest nightmare is was that I ordered two pizzas from them I ordered the highest rated highest quality pizza from down this hotel is just opposite to the bus stand location is top notch I give 5/5 in location to this that is why I gave one star more to it otherwise they haven't worked hard at all in fast food department I order two pizzas step number one the packaging the pizzas wasn't packed in the pizzas box in fact they were packed normal food packaging for one pizza there in two boxes literally I wasn't 1 numbers for that but on the time when I eat those Pizza the paneer Pizza that I ordered immediately realised it is a paneer vegetable that has been added as a topping on the pizza was not eatable at all so literally do not go there for fast food, I will add more photos update this review after meeting the hotel manager so we can improve the taste goodbye everyone.

Rooms are good & clean. No Windows and ventilation. Can't see anything outside, not any view. Stinking rooms due to lack of fresh air. Staff is good. No mobile network comes in room. Need to improve.

Best luxurious hotel. It's in front of Gov. bus stand, Bhilwara. I stayed for 2 days in business single bedroom, which was very small. They have good food options and taste was really good. Staffs were friendly and overall service was good.

Worst experience ever they cancel room after booking very bad behaviour

Nice rooms and location. Would have given 5 star, but Very rude manager at reception spoilt the experience. They denied what was promised to us. They haven't provided any clear answer when we reached hotel
