service is not at all good as staff don't have knowledge about anything nor do thy know any rules of hotel , cleanliness is totaly zero n not at all hygiene everyday thy change rules of hotel stay pathetic service n slow n no proper staff only one thing is good that is food n service of roof top restuarant n the person thr mr Harish whoes service was upto mark n best n helpful
