Hotel Sun N Star

Location wise it is very good, on the main road near saras chauraha. Size wise it's a bit small, not suitable for big gathering.

I came to BHARATPUR on new year but didn't find any room. Every rooms were booked but owner himself gives his room to us. Food service and hospitality is best in Bharatpur.

Had a check in problem they don't comply with the discounted rate from Goibibo or MMT, I had to pay extra cash for check- in. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Food is good. View is very good and lot of garden space. Toilets were not clean and naked wire of A.C above sofa. Owner is very unprofessional but have a good heart. Lot of red ants.

Very good hotel staff Room is very clean. Hotel staaf is very polite. Food quality is awesome .

Value for money rooms. AC rooms, good bed, clean bathroom.

The hotel authority are having problem with oyo, Oyo has not made payment to hotel for 6 months so hotel is not accepting customer who has done online payment. We reached by 10.30 and they decline us to take in even seeing a girl they blatantly so no to us. Then after much talks with oyo and them they let us in. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to check in this hotel.

Nice good place to check in

Deserves 0 stars, very poor hospitality. Stayed there for 2 nights. They refused to serve food after 8:30pm. Refused to serve tea and breakfast before 8am.
