Hotel Mountain Jawai Palace

Hey, I had my lunch here during my visit to Jawai and it was found handy restaurant with good taste and ample fo car parking to handle 10 plus cars. They have got bot AC and non AC sitting place. Rates are much reasonable food quality seem to be good. Since there is no other restaurant around it, they can be a good option. I am not aware about rooms

From outside the hotel looks okay. But the rooms are on first floor and it's entry is from the side of the building . The rooms were very clean. The manager was very courteous and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. They also made leopard safari available for us. The food from the hotel was good. The place also has ample parking space.

"Utterly rude,impolite and mannerless staff." Staff behavior is not good. Before eating food, I have to tell how much roti will I want. I got insulted in front of my guests about this. The waiters also keeps on fighting.The service is absolutely shoddy. The manager also does not say anything to the staff. No one knows how to deal with guests and customers. Staff fights with women too.

Pure veg and cleanest restaurant in jawai area and mr. Shaitan singh ji the owner of this hotel is a very very polite person. Hotel situated in a very naturalistic location. And all dishes are tasty. Food was awesome. Staff behavior is so cool wid customer. Over all 5 star.

Once I visited this restaurant with my family and I had experienced wrost just because of their illiterate serving staff they are totally manners less they don't know what is an appropriate way to talk to their guest these things contaminated our dinner. I will never visit it again.

Good clean and large rooms. Comfortable place but located a bit far off Bera. Need to 9mprove their kitchen skills
