Food is Good they serve food of their sister firm name is Kapil Restaurant which is just beside the place Room rate and staff service is good and lift is also available here so for patients it's helpful but there is not available wheelchair accessible so you need to adjust for 3-4 stairs for wheelchair....Ritesh King

Incompetent Service: Avoid Hotel Terrible Service and Incompetence: Avoid This Hotel! My recent stay at Shankar palace was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The level of service and incompetence displayed by the staff was truly appalling, and I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value basic amenities and timely service. One incident that epitomized the overall incompetence was our attempt to order a simple cup of coffee. We placed our order at 7:45 in the morning, expecting a quick delivery to kick-start our day. However, to our dismay, the coffee never arrived. As the minutes ticked by, we grew increasingly frustrated and concerned about the lack of response from the hotel staff. In a span of one hour, we made eight phone calls to the front desk, each time being assured that our coffee would be delivered promptly. It was disheartening to experience the constant disregard for our simple request. At 8:50, after nearly an hour of waiting, we finally decided to cancel our order out of sheer exasperation. Unable to rely on the hotel's incompetence any longer, we took matters into our own hands and left the premises to purchase the coffee ourselves. It was an inconvenience we did not expect to face during our stay, and it severely impacted our overall experience at the hotel. It is truly baffling how a basic request for coffee could be mishandled to such an extent. The lack of accountability and customer service exhibited by the staff at Shankar palace is completely unacceptable. As paying guests, we should not have to endure such frustration and disappointment during our stay. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from staying at Shankar palace The subpar service, evident from our failed coffee order, reflects the overall incompetence and lack of attention to guest needs. Save yourself the headache and find a hotel that prioritizes its guests' comfort and satisfaction.

I have seen such a bad hotel for the first time. The receptionist in this hotel has no manners to talk even though she is very old. First of all he saw the id. After that they told the room rate, after that I got better rate on make my trip then I booked online. After that he refused that we don't take online booking. He said that we do not have internet and we have stopped online booking, I booked only when the room was available on make my trip. After that he said cancel it. How do I cancel this booking? This booking was non-refundable. After that he asked for extra charges and said only then the room will be available. I tried makemytrip support but there was no response then I was forced as the booking was non-refundable. Then I paid the extra charges and then got check-in. After that I went to the room, the room was so bad that I could not tell. Bedsheet Matters was very dirty which you can see in the photo. Something else online and something else in real, stayed for a while and I checked-out, then I stayed in another hotel. The money just went west. I would not recommend this hotel to any other guest. ac not working properly. tv not working. The ac was making a lot of noise. The bathroom was very dirty. The bedsheet looked like it was looking the same for the last 7 days. bad experience in hotel shankar palace.

Best hotels in beawar to stay. Affordable prices, food are awesome. Rooms are small but neat and cleaned. Hotel staff are co-operative and helping nature. Generally all official travels like to stay here as it's near to bus stop and taxi station.

Nice hotel, one of good hotel in the town of Beawar, There rooms are cleaned and good as per tarrif, staff is Very supportive, They have there restaurent in ground floor

In Beawar area average hotel with nominal prices , Staff Supportable but services down day by day mainly due to covid , Room size is good but their clannines & bathrooms not as per expected .

This place is located juz 1km away from Beawar , i had booked for non ac budget room for 550rs., but i looks like semi luxuary, nice spacious rooms, clean toilets, they provided water, soap and towel aswell, Simply Awesome.

Room service was bad, A.C wasnt working, no water was provided or towels, nothing.. the receptionist was rude too..
