The best hotel in this area. The service is excellent, and the staff is very polite and well-behaved. The food quality is amazing. I have been staying here since 2022, and over the past 3.5 years, I have never faced any issues. The managers are always friendly and supportive. The food, swimming pool, and gym facilities are also excellent.

We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room with customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to everything exceeded my expectations. I loved everything about this hotel, I will recommend others for sure.The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant decor of the rooms, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I personal recommend Mr.Mohan, manager he is very mind blowing and understanding person I meet.

Hotel is situated at Jaisalmer Ahmedabad High way. Hotel's main attraction is its food quality. Food is delicious and tasty. Restaurant staff is very caring and helpful in nature. They are just cheating customers due to unavailability of any reputed hotel. The staff is totally unprofessional and rude. They are taking the highest tariff & zero service. They are also charging a 10% room service charge on food. We stayed 3 people from the company and they have made all 3 rooms with the same person name. At the time of check out we have changed the name.

In this hotel lights disconnected frequently and Room tariffs are very high according to city. Barmer is not a big city where a hotel taking tariff 3000 plus gst for a 8*12 feet small size room. Breakfast is also not much delicious and ok ok feel. Overall Hotel stay at here is not a price worthy.

Very poor experience! We visited for my parents' 50th marriage anniversary with a group of 13 people, and the service was extremely disappointing. There was only one staff member handling billing, taking orders, and serving food. They served everything at once, and by the time we ate, the rotis were cold. The overall experience was far from satisfactory. "Unchi dukan, fike pakwan!" Definitely not recommended.
