Kesar Bagh Palace

I loved their hospitality, proactive treatment, warm people and food. The manager, staff, and musicians were all very polite. Good parking. Very amazing suite and facilities inside. My suite had a jacuzzi and I loved it. I am 100% staying again here.

we were on our way to Udaipur to attend the marriage of one my friends daughter marriage so we had decided to leave a day earlier and drive to the destination so we decided to stay one night here > well once you enter the property and as it was already evening time was very well lit up and looking great > the property itself was a marvel to watch nicely painted walls and well built > our check in was smooth and once we entered our room the AC was not on was very hot took tie to cool > the room also good but could see some flaws but once to go to the bathroom and you say what has happened all the impression of this place goes away as the owners spent a lot in building this place plus the rooms but when he came to the bathrooms all was gone not up to the standard of this hotel > well our stay was a just for a night rest was good the staff very good and polite always ready to help > we also had dinner in their restaurant which I want to give my views separately > nothing too complain all was good and our stay was comfortable

The property is absolutely breathtaking and stunning. The restaurant had amazing quality food. The chef made sure to present amazing food even if we had some last minute requests. Kumkum was our server and was very polite and sweet. 10/10 service and quality

This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful properties near the city. We visited their restaurant recently and I was mesmerized with the interior and the set up. It felt like I was sitting in a royal palace. Food was amazing and the staff was great. We were served by bappa who was very professional and helpful.

I visited the place few days ago for a friend's reception.The place looks beautiful from afar and the interior is also pleasing to the eye,wish the staff was also well trained to live up to the expectation that we've made looking at the palace. Firstly,the manager was extremely rude when we approached him for anything. We were told to make adjustments for their "foreigner guests" his words. A lot of restrictions as in we were constantly stopped by any of the staff to not go to some places,or to not take pictures. There seems to be a lack of coordination among the staff ,we were told that the water bottle would be charged,but then the staff told it wasn't charged,then again when one of our friends asked for the same ,he was told that it is gonna be chargeable. Overall the place and the location is beautiful but the there needs to be changed in the staff especially the managers.

An amazing place to stay with family & friends with luxurious facilities and services. Restaurant has asthetic interior with delicious food & good service. Very beautifully designed property with very peaceful & natural surroundings. All the best !!

Dinner is petty average...slow service...our one. Room a.c. Is not working then changed to another one and in another room shower is not working. Breakfast is just worst nightmare.....no proper Management....food is not served hot ......taste is not good.....waiter are not able to properly communicate and understand ......overall rating will Be 1 so it will be not the best choice to stay here

It is an amazing stay at Kesarbagh, this property has got beautiful architecture and is very peaceful. The staff is very humble and courteous. The food is also good. The rooms are quite spacious.
