Sparrow Hotels

I found this place and after a long bis experience was a pleasure to arrive here. It's in a little court yard off the main roads. It feels very safe and quiet. The room was great with a clean bathroom and HOT shower. Breakfast is across the way at their sister hotel, but it was no inconvenience at all. The reception staff were extremely helpful at my small requests. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at this hotel for a night as was in town for a function. Hotel is decent for the price point it charges. Washroom wasn't the cleanest. Open parking spots that they have. Breakfast was ok, not a very lavish spread but does the trick. Staff was decent and courteous. Didn't get any toiletries so that's a negative point.

Had a stay for one day with family. Hotel is approachable, rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet dinner was good for our members who had non-veg food. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall service was good. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

I was told to directly come and the rooms will be available but when I reached, the person didn't pick his phone. I was told all rooms are sold out and they tried to give pricey rooms. A very unprofessional behaviour considering I was having regular conversation with the person and I offered to pay some advance as well.

Food was not good. Room service order very slow. room washroom very dirty. Staff is good but management and maneger is very bad and dirty mind person . With third quality room no hot water no shop no shampoo no tawal and dirty too. But amount is prime .

Rooms clean but small, food is the worst and charges for food extensive. Location is in the market so no good view only polution. Parking is good. So go here if you have work to do at market but won't eat here.
