A special mention to Vinod , her warm and professional attitude made a real difference, and he was always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a good variety of dishes. The overall service was prompt, and the staff made sure that guests felt at home. I highly recommend Dhawala Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely visit again!

The Dhawala Resort offers a beautiful and scenic stay, making it a great choice for its location and Instagram-worthy views at an excellent price. However, the main concerns are hygiene--such as old bedsheets, towels, and an outdated washroom--and a limited number of staff, which can cause delays. Overall, it's a great hotel that just needs better maintenance. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay as the staff was friendly and helpful.

This place is an absolute disgrace and a far cry from anything resembling a "resort." It's nothing more than a deceptive marketing ploy designed to lure unsuspecting guests into a truly awful experience. This isn't just bad; it's an insult. The food is beyond pathetic. To even call it that feels like an injustice to the word itself. It was utterly inedible and a complete waste of money. The rooms, while marginally acceptable in a very basic sense, are severely overpriced. The complete lack of exhaust fans in the toilets is frankly disgusting and creates an unsanitary and unpleasant environment. You pay a premium for mediocrity at best. As for the service, while the staff may have good intentions, they are woefully understaffed and completely overwhelmed. Their attempts to assist are futile in the face of such systemic inadequacy. Final Verdict: Avoid this dreadful establishment like the plague. It's a rip-off and a guaranteed recipe for disappointment and disgust.

We recently visited this property with family and unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. There were no activities or games for kids, either indoor or outdoor, which made it hard to keep them engaged. The room windows were broken, and the shower in the bathroom wasn't functional. Food quality was below average, and the service was quite slow -- even after requesting alternative dishes, we were told after hours that they weren't available. Overall, the experience was disappointing and needs major improvements to match the advertised standards. Definitely not worth the visit. Waste of money.
