Hotel New Majestic

Rooms are very good and ample space and service is up to the mark and location is perfect and the railway station is just a few steps away. It's in the main market so everything is available and the hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. The only two issues I found one is that the elevator most of the time is not working and second my room's AC wasn't cooling properly. Overall it's worth your money. Go for it.

While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional and concerning. There were serious security issues, including staff snatching the room key, which made the stay uncomfortable and unsettling. I cannot recommend this hotel due to these safety concerns.

Most friendly and helpful staff ever. We had to cancel one of two nights due to a change in flights. They helped us communicate with agoda to get a refund, as well as booking a bus and getting a taxi. When the dj's and colors got forbidden on holi (corona) they threw their own little party on the rooftop with us. The staff was dancing with us to loud music, we had colors and a great lot of fun! Room was clean, very good food to an affordable price in the hotel owned restaurant. All in all an excellent stay.

Actually visit once a month Brown bakery situated on d ground floor of this building. The veg pastries r fabulous n yummy n value fir money n d multigraon bread,fresh n nice.

Our room was as expected and clean. Room service and staff were great. Only negative is they have a smoking area in between the bar and the buffet area. It is contained but entry is open so the smell goes everywhere. Room service is good. Great location.

The hotel is Excellent. Hotel is very conveniently located very near to Railway station. The rooms are clean. Staff is very cooperative and polite. The food is delicious. Service is equally good. Overall a perfect place. Value for Money. Thanks to Mr. Rahul (at reception) for giving extra time for checkout. Because our train was at 3 pm.

Super nice, friendly and helpful staff! Really nice food at the restaurant. They were so patient with all our questions and problems, even helped us to cancel one night due to a flight issue. Spent time at Holi there, was very cool with the staff on the rooftop. Room was clean and comfy. I can highly recommend this hotel!
