HOTEL IMPERIAL

One of the best Hotels I ever stayed, staff of the hotel is very polite specially the person who is at reception he is so kind and ready to listen. Owners of the hotels are also generous and polite. Rooms are so clean and hygienic, quick room service and a very perfect and suitable place to stay even on the long term for professional purpose or with family.

DON'T MAKE AN ONLINE RESERVATION HERE! I booked and paid in advance for this hotel on Hotels.com for a slightly discounted rate, as I used some credit that I had on my account. When I arrived to check in after a long train ride, they looked at my booking receipt and told me it was "too cheap." The manager then told me that his hotel has not been active on Hotels.com for years! However, there was a verified review for the hotel from just a few days prior. They said they "had no idea why." Despite informing Hotels.com of the situation, they still haven't removed Hotel Imperial, indicating that the hotel is indeed active on the site and the manager was lying. I was only offered two "solutions": pay them about double what I had already paid online, or leave the hotel. I then had to find a hotel at the last minute when it was already late at night. I was finally offered a refund by Hotels.com, but the customer support agent said "I pushed for more flexibility" to get the refund, implying that Hotel Imperial initially attempted to keep my money! Not only are they scammers and liars, but the hotel is located in the middle of a busy and dirty market where taxis have a hard time entering.

Hotel imperial was good and all staff very good behavior. & room also clean and comfortable the food s also very nice.

The property is in main city, Rooms are very clean and hygiene, restaurant is on roof top and the food quality is excellent, my stay was very nice and staff is very cooperative.
