Green valley resort

The environ, location, swimming pool, cottages, and food were all excellent. The staff is courteous and helpful. The cook is extremely helpful and can come up with recepies that are not on menu, on demand.

Location of the resort is perfect and peaceful. But you will not experience professional staff service. Swimming pool water is too dirty. You cannot swim in such water. Snacks provide by hotel was not good. When we arrived we did not get warm welcome from hotel. But one should visit this property to experience nature.

Would recommend the tent stay to all. The tents are well equipped with coolers, air con, washrooms etc. We ended up staying in the building as we had young ones who were not prepared to stay overnight in a tent.

Surrounding Beauty is superb but kitchen staff will spoil your taste by providing poor services . However meal is good but u need nice gestures also from staff who is serving you food.

Beauty is majestic, surrounded by hills have a garden, pool is okay, rooms are not well equipped, toiletries were not provided no bathing soap, toothpaste is charegable. But peace is significant, facade of property is sideline of pushkar nala, washroom flush wasn't working though repaired post reporting. Overall it was worth at this price 1300 for 3 occupancy, complimentary breakfast is limited upto 1 dish for one person without any option.

Little away from the city but worth staying there... In house restro was good. Drinks are available at poolside as well as in room. Prices are negotiable and are subject to change depending on the month you are visiting. Overall recommended

The resort is located at an amazing location just downhill from 2 sides while mountains are visible from all sides. The staff is cordial, and rooms are neat and spacious. Food is fresh and tasty. It definitely is a place to stay at.

First of all. Be careful with booking. Online booking DOES NOT show room variations. We saw online images and booked our rooms thinking we will get village type individual house rooms. Firstly, they just have 4 huts and one normal hotel building(which is anyway available INSIDE the city) Secondly, this is Waaaaaaaaaaayyyyy outside the city. In short, this is the last place you would reach through that road. So there are no surrounding shops, stores or anything. Bring your own eatables well in advance or have your food at the residing hotel only. (I will rate food 2/5. Since as I mentioned, it's the last place so there aren't many people that would choose to travel through dark and broken roads, so they have all the food stocked up so when someone visits, they use the same products that were stored) Thirdly, the manager of the hotel himself is so rude, disobedient . The assistant was sort of better. As we reached the hotel for a family get-together on our special day, they denied giving us the huts saying we booked for the normal hotel rooms where as it wasn't mentioned online at all. Still we explained them that they online booking is misleading and hence we ended up booking so. We asked for an upgrade and were ready to pay extra but the filthy greedy manager said we will have to keep these 5 rooms and also book extra 4 rooms that too double the price of online. It doesn't make sense how can he be so unfair. We adjusted so much since we couldn't go back to the city again in those dark kharkare roads. After a while, we still asked him to upgrade atleast one of us by cancelling one normal room. No use, he kept faking. Such a utter disappointment being a foreigners traveller. The online images are fake.
