It was nice hospitality and easy check in provided by hotel staff. Loved the way the care for their customers. It is good option for the travellers either with family or friends. And also location is best just infront of Central Bus Stand Abu Road and 3-5min walking from Railway Station.

Good budget hotel at best location in front of Central Bus Stand, Abu Road. Beware of the manger of this hotel as he charges money for early check-in even for 1-2 hours. Staff are cooperative and rooms are specious in this budget. I had a mixed experience since I was asked for extra money for early check-in however I denied and told them that I can wait until 12 pm. However they give permission to check-in early by 1 hour. I got a clean room but bedsheets were not changed so after complaining they changed the bed. AC was leaking water in room entire day-night and there was no geyser in bathroom. Anyone can see my posted photos as reference for this review.

Myself and my wife had planned Ambaji Mata Darshan on 14th Sept. 2019 & we have stayed at Abu Road at Hotel Tourist on 14th - 15th Sept. Hotel rooms are nice, evening is in a working condition like TV, AC, Lift etc.are in a working condition. Bus station & train station are at walking distance. Hotel manager is co-operative & polite. It's a value for money hotel & worth choice in such a small town.

They Didn't Receive Calls Sometimes. They Provide Hand wash liquid in Packet I mean why how people can wash there hands through small packet of Hand wash. And I would also Recommend to not to order any type of Lunch and Dinner from hotel. We Have ordered 5 Thali from them and wasted 4 thali after tasting 1 of them.

Good location and good restaurants near by to eat. Good connectivity to visit any place. Hotel rooms are cleaned but rooms fixtures need to be set right . Though hotel staffs are good but need to be more professional. Good as budget hotel .

Rooms are very dirty and dull.. cleanliness not maintained properly... room rates are high no value for money..people should not opt for this hotel at all.the only good thing about it is that its close by railway station and opposite the bus stand...

Now a days, Third class rooms are offered by oyo. Low quality dirty bed sheets and pillow, torn blanket.. geyser not working so not water, compelled to go without bath in this chiillic cold

Booked via agoda in oyo tourist inn, but the hotel denied our booking, I don't know what is the problem between oyo-agoda and this hotel, but we have to suffer in between.
