Managers behavior is very rude I don't usually write reviews or share my experiences, but after staying at this hotel, I feel compelled to do so because everything was so terrible that I can't even begin to describe it. Starting from the rooms--they were so dirty, the toilets had broken seats, the jet spray was broken, and the wash basin taps were filthy, as if they had never been cleaned. The staff was extremely unprofessional--it seemed like they had no training at all. In fact, it looked like they had been randomly hired from nearby villages. The crockery and cutlery were not cleaned properly. VERY POOR SERVICES THEY PROVIDE AND ALSO RECEPTION STAFF BEHAVIOR IS VERY RUDE SO PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Stay at Hotel The Hind! I had an incredible time at Hotel The Hind, Ambaji Abu Road last weekend! The entire experience was flawless. Food: The cuisine was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Ambiance: The hotel's atmosphere was serene and relaxing, making it perfect for a getaway. Lights at Night: The stunning lighting added a magical touch, making the property even more captivating. Staff: The entire team was extremely helpful, courteous, and ensured our comfort throughout. Reception: Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to the efficient and friendly reception staff. Rooms: Our room was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and provided all necessary amenities. We had a fantastic time at Hotel The Hind! The special vehicle ride was a highlight--our entire group loved the experience of touring the resort while seated comfortably, singing, dancing, and soaking in the lively atmosphere. Hotel was very good in terms of location, Cleanliness. Room size was also good to accompany 1 family. Main Course food like Kadhai Paneer,Jeera Rice, Laccha Paratha was excellent but in breakfast didn't like it much except Tea which is served along with cookies. Loved the service. U can enjoy swimming pool, for children there is mini swimming pool also. Over all excellent property to visit.

This review is only for restaurant. Visited Abu road after 11 years and feels live city has been upgraded. The ambiance of hotel was a surprise to me and enjoyed the family dinner. Food options are good and taste was unexpectedly great.

The hotel was located over a sprawling area in the abu road. For those planning to visit mount abu, I would never recommend going for this hotel as this property is located around 30 km downhill from mount abu and you'll have to spend another 2.5k to book taxi for visiting mount abu. If you just want to visit and relax in a resort, it is a perfect place. It has multiple room options, tent room, cottage room, suite and deluxe room. I booked a tent room, but they upgraded me to a suite with bathtub. Overall my experience was good.

Hotel is clean,rooms are clean, property maintained,but his staff behaviour is very bad,They don't provide normal RO water in room.clearly saying that we don't have kittle for RO water if want to drink water then purchase mineral water bottle for which they charge Rs.30 for bottle available in market for Rs 20.

Staff are pathetic no customer service atall no amendments they act like they are paying us to stay here as mentioned there is no breakfast buffet they serve it on table however if same requested to take to the room they say no if asked them for amendments on booking they say no the property is good but the reception staff are ready to fight instead of customer service hotel rooms can be amended but just as per convenience of staff

Location, service is ok. But at the check out time. They started to continuously call us from 9 a.m. I said that check out time is 10 a.m. Then why are you disturbing us. The staff and the reception said that you have to exit the room immediately. "Jaldi karna hoga". "Humne bola ki agar aisa hi tha. Toh aap hume pehle bolte hum koi dusri hotel book kar lete. Woh bole ki woh sab Hume nahi pta. Hume bas room Khali chaiye. Nahi toh aapse extra charge lenge". We said what is this. The reception boy was rude. In this way they called us many times. It was the worst experience. And the second bad thing about breakfast. They charged 750 rupees from us. But the brekfast was quite same. Wahi poha, idli, bread butter, jam butter, aur woh bhi thanda. Jis hisab ka charge liya us hisab ka toh breakfast tha hi nahi. The hotel hind looted us. Guys pls don't book this hotel from online. Don't trust them.
