Capital O 49883 Hotel Sutlej Classic

Hotel is not good as per price bracket. The staff and service is as poor as you can think. The food quality is worst we left all food as it is. When we call room service for complaint no one come to attend us. Very bad experience of my life. We are a biker group and traveling every month some where in India buy bike. This hotel was worst experience of my life. I am sharing photo only for proof not to stay there. They people don't have and regret about their service.

Worst facility.. I Get in this hotel... No Proper toilet facility, tv not working, staff behavior is very bad... I stay here for 12 days... I have to stay 15 more days but no thinking to change it.

Very good experience very delicious food and very good rooms

Room rent is much expensive than the facilities they provided inside the room. Geyser was not working, All weather AC was available but not working. Only free channels were available on Set Top Box. They charged Rs. 2000 for a room per day but keeping all provided facilities in mind they should not charge more than 1000 rupees for a room. Only milk was ordered from their restaurant but that tasteless milk was 80% water.

Very bad behaviour like room lana ho to lo nhi jao

All the services are good enough to satisfy the needs..Neat and clean rooms with best services..I would like to highly recommend this place in average price.

The worst property in Ludhiana, do not waste your money here. Service is pathetic, i dont know what oyo is doing, they are picking up the worst properties around..
