The Cabbana Resort and Spa

Having travelled from the UK visiting India for 4 weeks we had stayed in a number of hotels during our month so we know what is good and what isn't good with Indian hotels. ||This hotel is a brilliant hotel to stay in. ||The security is excellent and rooms were good.||The whole hotel was nice and pool was lovely.||Hotel staff were very welcoming and polite, they are a credit to your hotel.|The real star of your staff was the hard working and polite Tanasha who worked tirelessly to serve us breakfast and meals during our 5 days stay, she really made us feel like family, please thank her from us all.||There were a number of high end weddings and events going on which was nice to see the culture and music.||The hotel itself is brilliant, location near Phagwara, Haveli, the amazing Eastwood Village and many other attractions.||All in all a brilliant stay in this very nice tropical themed hotel.||There are some areas for improvements as compared with my last stay here 10 years ago, some parts of the hotel is looking a little tired and in need of some investment and upgrading.||Also, I'm afraid to say there inhouse taxi services are very overpriced and need to be looked into as they quoted me 5,000 rupees that cost me 2,000 rupees from an independent taxi service.||All in all, I would recommend staying here for a comfortable stay and will do myself on my next visit.

The food was amazing. The service was impeccable. The buffet had great variety and the price was on point. Juganta was an amazing waiter, who was so patient and attentive. It made our meal very pleasurable. We will definitely come again. Thank you.

Positives...Staff overall fantastic very helpful. I'd like to call out Tanasha in particular from the restaurant, she was amazing, always accommodating my dietary requirements. a lovely stay. Negatives, some elements of the hotel do require some maintenance, but the staff more than make up in effort. Would I stay here again? Yes

One of the most memorable experiences of my life occurred during a family trip to the mountains. It was a crisp autumn day, and the leaves had painted the landscape in vibrant hues of red, orange, and yellow. As we hiked along the winding trails, laughter filled the air, blending harmoniously with the sounds of rustling leaves and distant birdsong.|Reaching the summit, we were greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view. The vast expanse of nature stretched before us, and for a moment, time seemed to stand still. I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the beauty surrounding me and the company of my loved ones. We shared stories, took pictures, and savored the simple joy of being together in that serene environment.|As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the landscape, we gathered around a small campfire. The warmth of the flames, combined with the cool mountain breeze, created an atmosphere of comfort and contentment. That night, under a starlit sky, we shared dreams and aspirations, strengthening our bonds. This experience taught me the value of nature, family, and the memories that linger long after the moment has passed.

Being from Toronto Canada, we expected high standards and we were not disappointed. We stayed from Feb 15, 2025 to Feb 26, 2025 and were extremely pleased with the staff and service they provided. Neelam Panwar went above and beyond to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. From the front desk staff to the restaurant employees and the security staff made us feel like royalty. We will definitely recommend our friends and family to stay at this property which is way more than a hotel. When we showed our friends and family pictures of the resort they all thought we were at a tropical resort. We happily and proudly shared our memories of the Cabbana Resort. Thank you for making our first trip to India a memorable one.

I visited this venue for dinner on 28th February, and while the indoor staff was brilliant and the food was fantastic, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. At the entrance, the valet staff took my car for parking, and everything seemed fine. However, when I left the venue, I realized that one of my important ID cards--which was placed with other cards near the gear lever--was missing. Despite searching thoroughly, I couldn't find it after leaving the resort. This incident left me very upset and unhappy, as I expected better security and responsibility from such an establishment. I contacted the staff the next day, hoping for assistance, but their response was not satisfactory. While the dining experience was great, this unfortunate event overshadowed everything. I strongly urge the management to improve their security measures, especially regarding valet parking, to prevent such incidents from happening to other guests.
