The Park Regency

booked a room based on my friend's recommendation. Upon arrival, the security guard at the gate directed me to the parking area. Mr. Singh welcomed me with a smile as he opened the gate to the reception. The receptionist was very kind, and Satish Ji (definitely need pormotion)was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage and showing me to my room. After settling in, I headed to the bar for a light snack. While their menu was somewhat limited, they suggested the chicken manchow soup, which was delicious. Still feeling hungry, I ordered chicken manchurian, but they advised me it would take a while, so I opted for the chicken sandwich instead, which was quicker. When I returned to my room to rest, I noticed a spot on the bedsheet and that the hot water wasn't running in the evening (it had been fine in the morning). I decided to overlook these issues since I was only staying for a night. Breakfast, which was included, was tasty--I had a masala omelette with fresh fruit and coffee. Once again, the staff was very attentive and friendly. I checked out after breakfast, but I found it a bit strange that I was charged Rs 3000 for one night for one room.There wasn't anything extraordinary about the hotel to justify that price.

No hot water in bathroom. No protocols. Untrained staff. You should never visit. Perhaps people already know , there were hardly half a dozon rooms occupied when we stayed there. Food is unlike Punjabi, just no taste. Though linen waa good and rooms clean.

A nice place to hang out. Taste of the food is nice but avoid ordering Fiery potato, not worth spending money on it Ambience and sitting is great.

We were there for dinner and the ambience was 2 good, The food was amazingly damn good, very neat and clean. Amazing staff. 5.5 out of 5
