Hotel Royal Maple ( Hotel & Resort )

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we were due to attend a family wedding downstairs in their banquet hall.||I am having to give this hotel 1 star however ideally i would give it 0 stars.|We booked the hotel via Bookings.com and it was classed as a 3/4 star hotel. ||It was anything but.||Issues encountered:|1. Asked us to pay the account on arrival as opposed to on departure.|2. Asked us to pay in cash as they do not accept card|3. We booked a deluxe room for the 3 of us. The room we were given was at best a double room. The third bed given to us was a 1 inch mattress on the floor.|On complaining we were told we were free to leave even though we had paid for 3 nights stay up front|4. There was no cupboard in the room to store anything|5. very poor design of room and layout||I would totally advise people to avoid this hotel its a 2 star hotel at best

Attended a party. Food was amazing. Great ambience. Would definitely refer this resort

Booked for 2 person . Lizard potty in the room with lizard . Sasta fragrance , no dental kit, only 1 pair of sleepers. 1 towel,

Cattrering services r not good, lower food quality. insects killers, air conditioning not so good, fans service also not available.

Rooms are clean and hygienic, staff is friendly ,had a pleasant staying there

Poor admistration for handling food/ marriage Functions/ etc any one can approach for reality of this point..This experience was after grooms family made taunting on served food...Regards

Shady place. Will not provide bill and asks for cash payment

The experience was amazing, the ambience was astheticaly pleasing and the food was great. The rooms were neat and tidy and staff was also very very helpful and caring. The hotel had a great hospitality. And there were all the necessary services were available.
