Hotel Onn

The hotel do not have any ventilation, I stayed from 8-9 January in club suite, this was second stay in same room. The water is a big problem on 4 th floor room. They do not even listen to the problems.shower was very slow difficult to take bath.

It's good. We were here general body meeting . Valet parking was available. Delicious food served with good service.

The central airconditioning system needs attention. The air directly hit the face while sleeping and caused discomfort. There is no option to control the direction of airflow from the air ducts.

Honest opinion. I am this place from past 7 days now and I will be staying here for next 10 days more. Pros. 1) They have really good people to help you with obvious thing like ironing and laundry at the hotel. 2) they are happy helping you at 2Pm with anything like whiskey glasses and water, when more friends are coming in. 3) they are located at a really good locality being in Ludhiana. 4) the terrace is perfectly awesome to have a smoke and some drinks. 5) there breakfast is really really awesome Cons: 1) they don't allow outside food, you will have bring it inside secretery. 2) they book there terrace for private parties most of the time and then it's not available for hotel residents. 3) cab facilitate are not that good from this location like uber, ola and others however I haven't tried there owned transportation service. 4) the menu is over priced and water bottles that usually is of 20 will cost you 63 per bottle and that seriously not acceptable because it's not happening in 3 star hotels. We have been visiting since 2017, it was a good hotel before, polite staff , good food n good food service but this time stay was too bad, may be it as overloaded with marriage parties, it was too noisy; till early morning, first the staff arrange for party n later work till early morning to wind up the party even till 04am; not a nice place to stay during nov n dec, even the receptionist Mr Akash is as rude unfit for front desk officer requires more training in dealing with guests. Rooms are neat and clean but too short, foods and service is too good. Staff are very gentle.
