Hotel Imperial Executive

The room is good, and the service is satisfactory. However, the food is extremely overpriced. For instance, a single cup of tea cost me 163, which is unreasonable. The real issue, however, lies with the behavior of the staff at the reception during the evening shift. The person at the reception desk, a man with glasses, was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. On the day I arrived, he handed me the room key and simply told me to go to the 4th floor. He didn't call anyone to assist with my luggage or guide me properly. The next day, I wasn't feeling well, and the phone in my room wasn't working. I went to him for help to get some medicine. Instead of being helpful, he was busy on the phone and showed no willingness to assist. When I finally asked for help, he simply said to go outside and get the medicine myself. Later, I requested tea and biscuits. While he arranged for the tea, he told me to go out and buy the biscuits myself. Such behavior is unacceptable, and the company should seriously reconsider employing someone who lacks basic professionalism and customer service skills.

Poor service. They won't offer you cutlery if you have not ordered from their restaurant and on top of that price of their food is sky rocketing with low quantity. Staff takes an hour of time to deliver a small slippers. Breakfast had no big options and on top of that hair was floating in the food. Rooms are not properly cleaned, even cups and glasses inside the room were full of dust. No hot water available and no menu cards available in the rooms.

First of all charges are way higher than its worth. Book it for 3200, and the room was of like below 2000. Secondly, asked the room service for cutlery so I can have my dinner I bought from outside as the food I ate earlier at the hotel was very tasteless and stale. They just straightly said no and said "we dont provide cutlery for outside food". Even the 5 star hotels provide cutlery and this third class hotel has this policy. Will never book and recommend this hotel ever in my life.

Do not go to this hotel their staff is really rude and rooms are dirty and there's no parking. It's the worst hotel i have ever been in my life the food is bad too and the ac doesn't work it's just a dump

Decent option, provides basic accommodations with minimal amenities. While the rooms are clean, they lack modern comforts. Service is fine and the overall atmosphere is also good. It's an adequate choice for budget-conscious travelers, but don't expect any frills.

Average rooms and washrooms. Need repairs now as property is very old. Food is excellent but the service is horrible..

Very poor services, very poor management .rooms are totally unhygienic. Ac doesn't work. No service boy available to pick and drop the luggage even inside the premises, full wastage of money over high charges. I recommend not to go to this hotel

On Friday evening, I checked in and informed the receptionist of my early departure on Saturday morning, which is my regular schedule. I requested breakfast to go and they assured me it would be arranged. However, the next morning, when I called for breakfast, the receptionist seemed unaware of my request, despite having the slip with the breakfast noted. It was a somewhat disappointing experience at an otherwise acceptable hotel.
