Hotel Cross Way

I had arranged a stay for my business delegate in this hotel. They are not running a hotel but a shop, which has no idea about the hospitality business and have no etiquettes whatsoever. This hotel is probably the worst experience me and my delegate has seen. They definitely do not know this line of business and despite of knowing that I am paying for my guest and had already paid advances, they had no courtesy and kept asking my guest for payment over and over again. They kept sending their bell-boy or whosoever to the room everyday to ask my guest for payment. The entire staff of this hotel cum shop were rude and very inhospitable. My suggestion is to stay anywhere but this hotel. Very bad experience.

I remained in this hotel for 2 days , and found its rooms well maintained and beautiful. The food was very delicious . I was extremely surprised by the room tariff which was genuinely within my budget. Receptionist's behaviour was very polite. I would highly recommend this hotel for travellers looking for budget homes in Ludhiana.

Our overall experience of staying at this hotel was really bad. We recommend to refer below points before booking this hotel: A) Rooms were really dirty. We found chicken pieces lying on the floor. That means they never believe in cleaning the room before giving it to next guest. B) Bedsheets were smelly and had dirty patches. On request they replaced our bedsheets with another's room bedsheets which were also somehow used. Blankets were filthy and stained. You dnt feel like touching it. C) Staff lacks complete hospitality. D) The reasoning provided by staff in providing basic amenities such as soaps, clean sheets etc. were really illogical and baseless.

This is a very good hotel. On walking distance from the railway station. Manager and all the staff is very cooperative. Charged me only 1000 plus GST. Value for money.

Very bad service.. Day shift manager behaviour is very bad. I'm staying in around 10 days in their hotel for my company work purpose. Night shift manager is very cool and supportive but day shift manager their way of talk and no any manner how to treat guest.I'm very disappointed I feel very bad to book this hotel I'm not booking again this hotel never. Unprofessional behaviour!!

Rooms are little small but neat and clean. Staff's behavior is very good Location is very good, walking distance from railway station. Over all the stay was value for money. I would like to stay here again next time.

A good place to stay. Neat and clean, great food. The best part of the hotel is Polite and helpful staff. Happy to have interacted with each one of them. Would love to come again.

Apart from the location in the city which is perfect, the room is very comfortable and the attention received from the staff was impeccable..The food was very delightful.. Will always recommend to visit d place to all my near n dear ones
