FabHotel Prime Z Grand - Hotels in Pakhowal Road

Rooms were not at all like shown in images. They were full of damped walls, washrooms with no toiletries and hand towels. Whatever we order with IRD was from outside. I added breakfast with all rooms, there were no breakfast made on the property. They gave me only two options of pratha and sandwiches that too called from outside. We were 7 people traveling and I asked for 10-12 cups of tea, the concerned person told me that they can only give us 7 cups of tea with breakfast. Which I found extremely wrong. Very bad experience. Would not recommend this stay to any family

The check-in process was seamless, and we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Check-out was equally smooth, and they even offered a late check-out option without any issues. Very convenient!

Worst experience... Checked in to Premium room...No towels in room, kettle missing...... Very Poor room service....Breakfast not provided even after multiple follow ups and had to leave empty stomach especially my kid and father.. SHAME ON YOU!!! FabHotels should be blacklisted for providing such experience...

It was a business trip and i was blown by the good reviews on the internet , so chose this place . 1) there was no restaurant . they said chef chuti pe gaya hai. meaning No food . the room had very bad mattress and dirty used sheets which i asked to change . the bathroom aswell was not really upto the mark . when asking for a late checkout i was asked for extra . overall . a sad experience

Poorly located, parking was not comfortable, food was terrible, service was not up to the mark, beds were uncomfortable. Overall it was a terrible experience in comparison to the price charged.

Good behaviour of staff and good hotel property like room's and other things

Wonderful hotel. Deserves more than 5 stars.

I stayed in the most premium room suite. It was smelling dusty, dirty linen, dirt visible at all the corners, no toiletries, no freshness anywhere. Restaurant not operating, breakfast option only Paratha and sandwich...faced severe issues on billing while checking out, wasn't given the bill even when checked out at 9am. When the bill was given after two days of checkout after several reminders,, the bill wasn't matching with the payment made. Was asked to contact Fab hotels customer care for resolution wasting my time... Overall pathetic, not recommended at all
