Hotel Nanda is affordable comfortable with excellent location in Heart of City. Staff is very friendly & sincere.

Not upto the mark Cushions dirty stinky Chair broken Dust Early morning 3 to 7am very loud noises of traffic

From last 4 days I am asking for share invoice, But no reply came, Worst ever customer service i feel

Pathetic service rude staff don't come Please it's genuine & humble request for visitors don't come, don't come... Staff person are highly arrogant & literally illiterate I have to vacant in night time only due to staff rude behavior.

I went here after booking online the booking was confirmed by the hotel itself When I reached there the staff behaviour is very rude And he also denied checking in saying that all his rooms were already booked.

It's good experience,, not bad

The hotel is at most a 2 star hotel with a 3 star rating. The bathroom was dirty (although not smelly). The fan in the room was full of dust. The bedsheets had stains on them and one pillow even had a stain that looked like blood. There is no electric kettle and the utensils provided had rust on them. Further they did not have an iron at hand for guests to press their clothes. Paid 1500 for the room while it shouldn't have cost more than a 1000. Have had much better stays at a much cheaper price.

The rooms were properly cleaned. Fresh sheets and towels were provided in the room. Bathroom was also properly cleaned. The room service is prompt and available throughout the day. Food is good and appropriately priced. The staff members and manager are courteous and very helpful.
