London Hotel

Visited London hotel with my colleague and tried bottled beer and he tried mocktail golden beauty. Bar is at basement and sitting place is good. Service is also good and the staff is polite. Complimentary peanuts are provided with beer. Beer price is also nominal. Option of draught beer was not available today, but restaurant also serves Kingfisher Draught beer.

Absolutely unprofessional and below average service. Booked room for some important guests. Despite emphasizing that the guests are important and have travelled a lot, one of the most basic services was missing. There was no water in the tap. On top of it, on being asked for some toiletry items, the staff showed rude behaviour towards the guests and started quarrelling in front of the guests. Poor experience. Not sure if the management cares about customer service. Please never book any room here

Unnecessary additions of taxes in bill as in our case...we didn't order any alcholic item but still we were charged with liquor tax. And after asking for it, the staff was not cooperative at all and eventually we were forced to pay the same. However,Food was fine...

Nice bar in the basement. It is air-conditioned. The service is good. They serve a complimentary snack with your drink.

I would give this less than 1 star if I could. We choose this hotel because it was in close proximity to the shops. I found it disgusting, unhygienic and smelly, the showers didn't work. To top it off, one of the days I was staying there I saw a rat in my room the size of a cat. Avoid it like the plague, book Best Western or Ramada.

This is a well maintained and one of the best hotel in kapurthala city for both veg and non veg ... there are 3 floors and ond underground bear bar restaurant... In addition one family hall on the ground where you can do parties with your family nd friend In 2nd floor there is a marriage nd party hall which is sufficient for 100~150 people's they charge it according to plate system..... In 3rd floor there are normal size room service .. with all the basic facillities On the roof of floor there are grill house and open sky are where you can eat in fresh environment .. In evening it look more beautiful because of colorful lighting and became best place to click photographs.. Lift is also available there Food is tasty as well as affordable.. I will definitely recommend this place to you guys

Came here with a friend, he just loved my treat here, food is just awesome with their great service. Sitting area is so beautiful with great view. It's just great .
