Hotel Samrat Regency - Best Hotel in Kapurthala

During my brief stay here as a transit point accompanying a wedding party starting from Batala, a town at 40 kilometres, this hotel's location near City Main Bus stand was convenient for our next journey to Royal Castle Resort, situated 7 kilometers away. However, the hotel lacks charm and impressive ambience, serving its purpose primarily for accommodation. Kapurthala, being a district headquarters, is still a small town, and the hotel aligns with its modest surroundings. The building lacks architectural appeal, and the rooms, while spacious, offer no luxury. The absence of cable or WiFi in the working TVs and the simplicity of the bathrooms contribute to a basic experience. With no visible cafe, restaurant, or entertainment options, the hotel may be considered on par with a single-star rating. It presents a functional but unadorned stay without much character or soul.

Not possible to give zero rating. It's the worst hotel. After 100% confirmation through Oyo that your room is booked they denied me check-in. As per him they don't book rooms at such low price. I told him to remove Oyo board from the building and remove yourself from Oyo app. Don't trouble tourists. Behavior is also very bad. Don't ever go their.

Loved the food and all the services of this hotel good prepration.... If there would b 10 star i would give that also specially cheese corn rolls

Hotel is near kapurthala bas stand.. 1.Hotel is Good 2. Rooms are good but wifi working only at ground flor 3.staff is good

Nice place ample parking. But the rooms are little expensive as compared to the rates at which they are offered.

May be the worst.They dont even care when you going to leave the room.Not a good service at all

After booking through oyo, denying check-in and attitude is same as "go to hell" and that too at your own.

Bus stand nearby oyo hotel, staff behaviour is good, room are average one, good experience to stay here
