Rooms are good and the service too Food needs improvement. Bed sheet had stains and was not clean. Didn't inform management as we stayed for one day only. Staff were very courteous and helping.

I had a fantastic experience at Erica royal crown chandigarh From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep

This hotel is the worst hotel ever to stay ... The staff is not professional The rooms are not good. Food quality is not good at all. We had book 11 rooms 4 months ago and they move us to another hotel at midnight and this is not appropriate. The worst hygiene standards are present. Water is served during lunch and dinner was provide from bathroom tap near toilet (pictures are attached)

It was a very good stay here. The food was very good. We especially loved the chicken curry and rice. The behaviour was very nice of all the members of Hotel Erica Royal.

It is the worst hotel in Chandigarh. Bathrooms are not clean, bathrooms doores locks are broken Unhygenic hotel. Kindly see the photo where they kept the dustbin from where they are giving water for drinking to tourist.
