Ramada by Wyndham Jalandhar City Centre

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Any issues resolved immediately. The room was perfect and cleanliness. The bed was very comfy and fresh towels given everyday. Seating area was comfortable and desk to get on with any work though the WiFi could be slow at times. Tea/coffee making facilities were great. The valet parking was perfect. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food. Overall a very good experience.

My family and I stayed at the Ramada for 10 days for my brother's wedding. We used the banquet halls and hotel rooms for all our families. We had an amazing experience with all the kind staff there. The kitchen staff was very accommodating to all of my children's needs. The booking process was very easy and smooth. Special thanks to Sahil for assisting with booking and helping us with all of our wedding planning.

The hotel has lovely big rooms, and great food. We had great butter chicken and laccha paranthas in the coffee shop, served by Chandan Tripathi who insured the chicken didn't have chilly as requested. The room was comfortable heated not over heated. The breakfast buffet was really large and varied. We had a very comfortable stay. Wish the TV channels included more English news channels.

Most friendly staff and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.........Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient........Room itself was well equipped and comfortable .........|comfortable place for their guest and others who come to visit......... was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hosted a small family dinner in the restaurant. Excellent service by staff. Buffet was delicious....Every item in buffet has its own taste.......very nice ambience. Every one enjoyed the food. Keep it up

Every time I've gone with my kids it's been wonderful, the people who work at breakfast are very nice and attentive. The problem was the last time neither the gym nor the pool was open. If the man offers it and we pay for it, it needs to be in order. It took them over an hour to give me one of the rooms and it had a horrible musty smell. The bathroom sink was clogged. I think it was Ok but they should be more careful with some details. I don't know if I'll come back

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Or even 3. Room temperature is fixed at 24.5 deg C and the thermostat is purely for show. This is applicable to ALL rooms of the hotel as per their technician. Also no fans installed too. I had to call the reception 3 times to get someone to come over and he told us that the entire hotel is being kept at one temperature. It's winter time and we are uncomfortably warm and nothing can be done about it. If one can't get sleep then anything and everything else is pointless. Avoid this hotel at all cost. They need to fix their air conditioning and understand the concept of a thermostat. The location may be OK but sound sleep is NOT guaranteed. Enough said.
