Leo Fort Hotel

One of the worst hotel . No one is ready to listen & respond. Instead will gather to fight. Today I checked out & wanted to share the feedback, so sought owners detail with all gentleness despite their very rude behaviour. One Sardar ji claiming himself the owner turned out not to take the feedback but just to fight , however he came with intent of bullying with his staff but we resisted n made him realise that every guest is not a faint hearted guest ,who will entertain their bullshit & bullying with his employees . Still we restrained our senses but this is very bad hotel n if you are travelling with family please avoid as they may end up in man handling . We have stayed for more than 10 times & they take the guest for granted. Their services are worst : Very poor sanitisation Very poor wifi Network No functional Tv Either taps will give hot water & when you will complain ,they will come with their force to shut you up Breakfast of only Aloo Paratha , you can't even order anything on your payment. If you ask anything, it will take 1 hr n everytime you remind them ,they will behave like you are informing them for first time. The so called owner Sardarji will come with heavy beath , shaking nose, hands just to bully you with his staff. So ,better avoid such stay. Why to take such hassie even after paying to such owners who have got no regard for guest ,who is giving all honour to them .

Horrible hotel. They'll tell lies to you About everything. No Wi-Fi. No room service. No one picks up your phone. Please don't come to this hotel.

I am very frequent visitor to Punjab, stayed in many hotels in different cities and Jalandhar, one of the worst place experience ever. The whole room was badly stinking of urine, no response from the reception even after complaint made. Tried calling reception in morning Tried calling the reception for about 30 times no one picked up, had to gone down to reception for the same but very casual attitude like they hardly bothered for any inconvenience to guests, highly won't recommend this place even for free. Really terrible experience.

Very Bad experience, one of my close friend stayed there he kept his wallet at hotel while went out for his meeting in evenimg he saw it was not there where he complained staff behaved rudly even authoritative people were behaving like uneducated people

Hotel Stafff is always in Sleeepy mode .. service ctaff is soo dull i cant explain secondly they charge even for dental kit which is complimentry in every hotel . Secondly Hotel aura is like we traveling in time machine and came in 90"s . Food delivery is soo slow. No sleepers are available in Washrooom.

Great hotel location and affordable rates but the lacks warmth of hospitality. The reception guys are cold and inconsiderate.

Not the best I've come across, bear in mind, we went to pyramid Jalandhar on the 2nd floor of the hotel. If you are from the UK, I would try elsewhere as, food, alcohol and prices are not much to shout about. Actually, as an example, a bottle of circulation would cost you about PS60. Food is same price as UK. Starters were good.

While the hotel itself is nice, the staff completely ruin the experience. They are rude, unprofessional, and utterly unhelpful. Despite my multiple requests to have GST added to my bill,( bill no. 5123 date 26/9/24 room no. 310 ludhiana ) they ignored me and showed no interest in resolving the issue. It's clear the staff have no regard for guests or basic customer service. Their incompetence and disrespect overshadow the positive aspects of the hotel. I would never return purely because of the appalling attitude of the staff, even though the hotel facilities are good." This keeps the criticism focused on the staff while acknowledging the hotel's quality. I called their head office in Jalandhar several times regarding my problem, but even from there staff Name Ratan jalandhar , I received no response. Please add GST to the bill and send it to me as soon as possible.
