Hotel Residency

Hi |I am still in the hotel and have been forced to write this review because of the poor service that I am getting here. I have requested for the cutlery 3 times but no one has shown up with the cutlery in my room. I am really disappointed with such kind of service and would not recommend anyone to stay here. I have been visiting several hotel in Punjab but haven't seen such incoprative staff.|

It was good stay there. Very close to bus stand. Service is fast and good.

Very Good Hotel near to Jalandhar Bus stand(walkable distance only) Good near hotels , house keeping and service is good I recommend family, friends and for Company Corporates people can also stay. Restaurant and Bar also available for food and beverages. I have enjoyed the stay Thanks Keep the same service to all

The hotel is located about 100M from the Jalandhar bus interchange. So it's very convenient to travel. Jalandhar City Train station is about 3 km from the hotel. Rooms need to be refurbished. Hot water is available but takes a few minutes to arrive at the shower head, so waste of water and time. Staff is very good and helpful. The restaurant staff is also very helpful. We had breakfast every day during our stay. the food. The food is tasty, and they would prepare omelette and a few hot roti items on request also.

Rude staff not supportive and also charging extra reception guy also need to be changed I visited 10 November room are good but staff service very poor

This was more like an old friend coming home than visiting a hotel walking in I was unable to get my bag from the rikshaw the security was there smiling and genuinely happy at my arrival the greeting from the assistant Manager was all hugs and not a handshake in sight. the room was large enough for ballroom Dancing and well-furnished comfortable and clean I slept like a baby and check out was efficient |there are rooms that are sold as delux these are newly refurbished and excellent to the standard of a five star. the breakfast is complimentary and is good with the highest standards of service. The bar is very reasonably priced and the staff help-full I am running out of good things to say but feel I should have said more, this is a great hotel at a budget price just book it and enjoy
