FabHotel Grand Inn

Very bad experience. Booked it through the phone number provided on Google which was of Fabhotel customer care. They offered some discounted price and asked to pay 25% upfront. Lateron while checking-in the hotel receptionist and owner refused to accept the discounted price, even though I had the chat history. The customer care person didn't pickup the call. Outright cheating! I booked this because I wanted to avoid Oyo hotels but it turned out to be even worse.

The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived and as it is a wet room, by the end of our 3-day stay, the bathroom and bedroom were both very dirty. There was only hot water on one day, and the AC only worked half of the time. Toilet roll was not provided. The bedsheets had holes in them and looked tired. We had to wait a almost an hour for breakfast on one of the two days we ordered it. Staff are not particularly friendly. The hotel is located just off a very busy road so you cannot walk anywhere. We recently stayed in 2 other hotels of the same price and they were much better.

Geyser and hot water facility was not proper. Normal food which doesn't cost that much were provided at high rates. Rooms were clean enough. Took an AC room but as lights go off we couldn't have the AC facility. Even drinking water wasn't provided free. I've stayed in much lesser cost hotels which at least is provided free. Limited food options.

Bad experience because staff is not friendly.he demand extra money.

I happen to stay in this hotel from 15th Sep ,2022 to 18th Sep,2022. The location is not easily accessible. The owner is not good. At the time of check-in ,he promised a particular rate and the time of check out he mentioned another rate. Food is not provided in this hotel. You have to order it from outside. The room is spacious and furniture is good. Overall it not worth the amount they charge for the stay.

The place was new and pretty clean. Their tea is pretty good. The head of staff is supportive. However, we had issues getting hot water. It's near a railway track and you can feel a mild rumble when Trains pass by. The serving staff could be more hospitable. They are young and raw in communication. Besides all this, It's a decent place to stay for the money it charges. Oh! The sheets can do with better laundering.

Not recommended ... Even price was also high waste of to stay here 3rd class room bed sheet and blanket are also not clean. And small very bed
