Sangam Hotel

The coustomer who is saying this rubbish has even stolen the setup box with a soap dispenser and even shampoo and conditioner bottles and haven't payed for the food he eaten and room rent he said that i wil be back in 10min but he ran by saying that i am going to atm I thought that no problem he can go but they should think about cheating they did and when this person came that time there was no online transaction system and he is saying i had payed online on yatra he can think and write. Some time fault is in some people and they are blaming them who even say no problem of his cheating.

Its a small place with 3 or 4 rooms above a Dhaba. We were forced to take this since Yatra.com cancelled our booking in another hotel and offered this hotel. All other hotels were full. The person at the counter will charge you the cost of the room even if you have paid full amount through Yatra. He said Yatra does not give him the money. So I paid Rs1500 on top of the Rs1100 I had paid through Yatra. On check out at 8am, they did not give me a receipt for the amount I paid, but asked me to come back at 10am if I wanted a receipt!! What a joke. I left the money there and went my way hopefully never to go back there and hopefully never to book through yatra.com

They don't communicate with the guest properly....No price card for rooms....Rest is ok

This hotel is not good staff bihviour is not god. He is very rudle don't goo here
