They don't accept international credit cards (only national). I had to ask my guest to pay in INR, and I later went to exchange the foreign currency to pay him back. The first manager allowed us to bring our own whiskey (as we were a group of 8 people), and then 2nd manager (the shift changed) charged us extra in the bill. Had no explanation for why we weren't informed there'd be extra charges for it.

We stayed at their residency , Overpriced compared to the rooms we got, although was clean, pretty far from the city

Well, the experience was good despite the fact that there already one function was going on. Also, the dinning hall was full too. They get us seats in an another hall. Service was slow but that is understood given the situation of crowd but food was good.

I ordered paneer butter masala and they delivered cheese tomato with lots of ketchup in the gravy. It was so pathetic that I had to rinse my mouth after taking the first bite. Then I tasted their mix veg and I can bet that it was the worst mix veg I have ever had. Even road side stalls serve better food. The price they are charging is a loot. Don't waste your money here.

food quality has gone down, 2 years back , they were use to serve the very tasty food. best cooks have left them , so are the waiters. now they use the same gravy in all non -veg curry dishes... its not worth to visit them now....

I got a chance to visit this place on July 21, 2018 recently. I found the hotel rooms in very good conditions. The hotel staff is very good. The hotel has good restaurant and bar for all requirements. They have a very good banquet hall. Food quality was good. I use to visit the place for various purposes from about 10 years. I found the hotel exceeding expectations in the whole area.

You have poor choices in the town, hotels in town are either average or worst, thankfully this is hotel swings from average to poor. The rooms are dirty with insects and cockroaches and are poorly maintained. However the service is good and the poor waiters try to keep the guests happy as much is possible. The good part is that the food is surprisingly good, I have all three meals of the day in the restaurant and was greatly satisfied. Wish the management wakes up and improve room quality.

Hotel trump plaza is one of the best hotels in Faridkot in terms of food, drinks and location. It is located on the main road, not within some street; easy to access As far as food is concerned- Veg and non veg both is good. Price is apt. Quality and quantity of food, both is good. The party hall is also good for small to medium sized parties. Overall service is good, worth recommending to anyone.
