They don't listen to instructions no matter how much ur spending and give clear verbal instructions in Punjabi Will not be ordering it again

We booked the marriage venue and hotel to stay. For marriage we had worst experience. Whatever they decided to give us the service, we didnt get. Even their own staff was saying that the waiters were fighting each other and they didn't serve as expected and showing the attitude to one of my relatives. When we checked out and we wanted to talk to owner, he didn't pick the call. They are blaming on us that we have the much gathering.Now they are charging my family double because i gave this review. And we already have the list of people who visited in marriage. If they want to clarify, they need to show the footage to make it crystal clear. But what we are asking they are not answering. They are not showing us the CCTV footage that how they give the service. When the 4 people were eating on table, the waiters kept 15 plates on table. So one way or another 15 plates were counted even though 4 people were eating. For the hotel rooms, we booked the window room but they gave us backend rooms that does not have window. The shower was not working and my In-laws were taking shower in each others room because plumbing needs time to fix. TV was not working in booked rooms. Overall, only the room service and food was good. On the other hand, they try to insult my father by complaining to my In-laws through email.

Horrible experience: I booked my hotel from make my trip my experience is so bad staff was to rude they were like if you want to leave you can leave we will not refund, because for us hotel is 5 star but literally hotel is in negative rating I prefer not to go this hotel there was no complimentary water, no saop, toilet paper and chappals in washroom, I would never recommend this to anyone.

Heaven the sky wonder luxurious rooms Nothing to say bad amazing utilisation of money Delicious food brand last 35-40 years anytime eat well quality of food faridkot surrounded Awesome
