"Terrible Experience! I had booked a room at this hotel, but when I arrived, they denied my check-in. The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. They didn't even bother to explain why they couldn't accommodate me. I had paid in advance and had a confirmed booking, but they still refused to let me check-in. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They clearly don't value their customers or respect their bookings. Rating: minus 5
