Very nice place for friends and family to celebrate some events and spend some free time away from city life. May get lucky to witness a Punjabi movie or song shooting. Just that it's too remote area.

Its reasonably priced film city. Average room rent is Rs 1000 per room per night. Food quality is average. Good place to relax in a calm and quite place. Rooms are average but reasonably good .

Beautiful place. Good food quality. Good Service. Feel like we are in forest resort. Only problem distance from city .. Approx 12 km and approach road is not good.

Its theme is traditional indian villages ....rooms r in the form of separate huts wid AC too...calm n peaceful place....surroundings of d hotel area is also beautiful...will recommend it for sure!!

Don't Ever Rely On Them. They are the Cheat. So I booked it for my IIT Ropar interview through OYO App. Prior to 10 days, before paying all the money for 2 days stay with my four friends (2 of them were female), I called the receptionist and asked him, "Shall I pay through the app, I will be coming on that date?" He okayed it. When we reached at Rupnagar Station nearly by 9:00 PM. This place, as told by our auto driver is far outskirts from the Rupnagar Station . As we reached the halfway, I thought of calling the reception to ensure him we are coming. As soon as he picked the call he started to speak very fast in Punjabi (Which I didn't understand at all). I told him that we are from South India, could you speak English, if not Hindi (I was the only who can understand Hindi, among my friends). He gave the phone the other guy that seemed to be owner. Without even listening our concerns he directly said "We have already given that room to other party. You please modify or cancel your booking." I was in utter shock. We all were stranded in the middle of the highway, knowing nobody. I tried to request them please you can't do this. Tomorrow we have interview early in the morning. Where will we go ?. He didn't listen to me at all and cut the call. I called OYO and briefed about his misbehaviour. They refunded money by saying sorry. But the thing is "IT'S NOT ABOUT SORRY OR REFUND". It's about the trust we put on you. I literally felt like ashamed and cheated. I have friends who didn't know the place, language at all. They were scared like hell. We are very miserable at the time didn't know what to do. So we called IIT Ropar office and requested them for a night stay by telling our misery. Otherwise we would have been major trouble.
